The space
This cedar clad home has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one, an ensuite and the other with a spa bath. The light-filled living areas open to sunny decks in both front and back where you can sit and enjoy the wildlife on comfortable outdoor settings while the BBQ is heating up ready for a feast. Ceiling fans in each room, and cosy Jetmaster fireplace in living area. With a peaceful, serene and modern feel, this house ticks all the boxes. Minimum stay applies for long weekends, Xmas and school holidays.

Guest access
You have access to the entire house and gardens. With a label marked “Guest” you will easily find places in the cupboards and drawers to store your personal items. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped, and includes a Vittoria coffee machine and pods. There is an eclectic collection of books that you are welcome to borrow during your stay. There are also lots of toys and books for the kids. Fresh linen and luxurious quilts, pillows and bath towels await you. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
Included with the cleaning fee is a linen fee. Our sheets and pillow cases are professionally laundered.

Other things to note
This is a pet-friendly house with very strict conditions to be discussed with my property manager. There is an $50 pet service fee. This is a very quiet neighbourhood. The house does not suit people who want to party, drink excessively, make a lot of noise or act disrespectfully. It suits small groups of friends, or families, as it is great for children of all ages with an enclosed grassy backyard. Bawley Point is on tank water so please be conscious of water usage. The tank water is drinkable.

All guests are covered with a sharecover public liability insurance. This is in addition to insurance supplied by Airbnb.
