Located just a short walk from Willinga Lake and some of the south coast’s finest
beaches, including the favourite Bawley Beach, sits this lovely holiday home.
With its relaxing coastal style, the house is perfect for couples or a family get away.
This holiday destination has a beautifully renovated interior and plenty of inside and
outside entertaining area options.
Shearwater has a large well stocked kitchen, dining table and lounge area with a
smart TV, plus a great gas stove and oven. It has 3 bedrooms (2 with Queen beds,
one with a King bed) and beautiful outlooks including bush behind the property and a
large back lawn. There is a bathroom with a large shower and a separate bath and
toilet, plus another separate toilet. Laundry and washing machine is separate in the
house with plenty of storage if needed. A Weber BBQ is on the main deck for outdoor
eating.
There is also a hot/ cold water outside shower for refreshing after a swim or walk,
and a combustion wood fire in the living area for cosy winter days indoors. There is
reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in all the rooms for the hotter months.
The property is fenced, and backs onto bushland reserve, plus access to Bawley
Beach and the Lake are a short walk away. Gannet Beach is a short drive away as
well, or a longer walk around past The Gantry, and through Cormorant Beach.
We are close to Luci’s Café for great coffee and food, and a short drive to the local
shops which include an IGA, bottle shop, takeaway, chemist, bakery etc. Ulladulla or
Batemans Bay with larger shopping centres are only 20-30mins away.
Guest access
Guests will gain access with keys in a key box.
No access to garage or lower part of the house, and one of the hall cupboards.
Parking is at the front of the property. Please don’t park down the side of the house
as grass is renewing, and there is no access to the garage or under the house
presently anyway, but there is plenty of parking at front of the house.
Other things to note
Dogs are welcome however need to remain off chairs, lounges and beds etc.

The fencing around the house is approx 3 feet at the front of the house and side of
the house, in case that helps you decide to bring your pup. The back is a higher fence
and gate to the back lawn.
Linen is available, but you will need to bring your own beach towels.
Strictly No Smoking inside the premises, thank you.
Our house is in a residential street with local families and is not available for parties
etc. Thank you for your understanding.
We are environmentally friendly and the house has solar panels, and runs on 100%
tank water (as much of Bawley does). We ask our guests to be conscious of their
water usage. Sewage is also tank sewage and we ask guests to be careful and not
to put things down the toilets/ sinks etc!
Gas to the house is bottle gas.
