We are situated right on Burrill Lake which is directly across the road. Beautiful spot for swimming. Large grass reserve for the kids to run around. Kitchen is fully equipped with Oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Kettle, Toaster etc. 2.5 bathrooms with ensuite for main bedroom and bath with shower over top in 2nd bathroom. Laundry has a washing machine. As well as the ducted air conditioning we have pedestal fans throughout the house.
