An ideal beachside holiday escape for families who are looking for a comfortable family home in a quiet location and only a 5 minute walk to Mollymook Beach.

The space

The open plan living, dining and kitchen features reverse air conditioning leading out to a large front and rear deck with an undercover alfresco entertaining area and a weber gas BBQ. The secure back yard has plenty of room for the children to play, including a cubby house and cricket set and selection of balls.

The kitchen is located upstairs and is well equipped including a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine and a selection of cook books for simple gourmet meal ideas. The main bedroom is very spacious with a queen bed and a small TV and the other two bedrooms upstairs are separated by a bathroom and include a room with two sets of bunks and a room with a tri bunk

Downstairs is an additional living area with dining room and a flatscreen TV including a DVD player with a selection of childrens DVDs and board games to entertain the kids after a day exploring the beaches. The large down stairs bedroom includes a queen bed with 2 sets of single bunks. There is an additional shower and toilet in the laundry which includes a washing machine and a dryer.

PLEASE NOTE: NO Linen and towels are provided. You are required to bring your own linen and towels, toiletries & personal items.

The crystal blue waters of Mollymook Beach are only a 5-minute walk. It boasts a magnificent beach great for surfing and swimming, where you can take a surf lesson or find a nice spot to settle in for the day or just a 5-minute drive Narrawallee Inlet is ideal for young children to paddle in the shallow waters or is ideal for paddle boards or kayaks. Dont forget to bring your snorkel!

Explore the picturesque nearby harbour of Ulladulla or the delightful shops in historic rural Milton. If you have a passion in the culinary arts of food and wine the NSW South Coast is well renowned as a foodies destination. Mollymook is home to iconic restaurants headed by internationally acclaimed Rick Stein with Bannisters By the Sea and Asian inspired Gywlo and the Rooftop Pavilion restaurant close by or stroll to Mollymook Bowlo for a family meal.
