Take a short walk to North Mollymook beach for a swim or surf in the pristine waters, then indulge in the surrounding choice of locations for afternoon beverages and later enjoy fine dining at Rick Stein’s, Bannister Pavilion or Gwylo restaurant before walking home to surrender to sleep, within earshot of the waves.

The space

This 70’s feel beach house has just had a makeover. Featuring a new modern open plan kitchen and living area with reverse cycle air conditioning opening onto a front and rear large deck with a comfy outdoor lounge and dining setting. 

The garden is fully fenced with enough room for the kids to run around and play whilst you relax and take in the serenity. 

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with ceiling fans and a bathroom and downstairs in the rumpus room are a single bunk bed perfect for the kids as well as an additional bathroom/laundry.  

An ideal house to relax and enjoy that well deserved break.
