Business for Sale - Create what you can IMAGINE !!

Retail - Milton NSW

An opportunity to purchase one of the most renowned and profitable Day Spas on the thriving NSW South Coast does not come along every day !!

Operating under the same ownership for 20 years, this salon has an astonishing repeat clientele, and yet there is still scope for a new owner to expand the business.

Situated in the gorgeous & quirky village of Milton, (2.5 hours south of Sydney), this salon currently operates 4 days per week with only the owner, receptionist and 2 part time contract therapists. Attracting a strong local clientele plus tourism trade, the scope of treatments at Beauty Indulgence set it apart from its competition.

The salon features Dermalogica, Young Blood & Pure Fiji and all the equipment has been recently upgraded. It currently comprises a large reception space with product displays, two treatment rooms, shower facilities and plenty of storage space.

The salon operates on the ground level of a gorgeous French style residence, whilst upstairs is currently a residence.
This is rather a unique setup which offers you the opportunity to purchase the business and also secure rental accommodation, (on seperate leases). And the landlord is receptive to expanding the salon operations to incorporate if you didn’t wish to live there.

Are you imagining the wonderful work/life/income balance that is on offer ??? This is quite an amazing opportunity to secure a profitable and exciting future. Do not delay, call me today for a confidential discussion.
