Offered to guests for the 1st time it is ideal for those wanting everything this beautiful Sth coast region has to offer and is centrally located to all local amenities.

With our home is only a short stroll to Mollymook and Rennies beach, both golf courses and golf club, cafes( Beachhouse, Breakers), Tallwood shops (restaurants, IGA, deli, bakery, pizza shop, take away burgers, chemist, medical centre,) Bannisters Pavillion ( hotel and restaurant), Livvi’s Place( modern children’s playground and basketball court).

A short drive to Narrawallee inlet, 5 minute drive to historic Milton and 4 mins to Ulladulla make this the ideal holiday location. Sleeping a maximum of 10 guests, the house includes free WIFI /NBN and 3 large bedrooms perfect for couples or families. It features beautiful timber cathedral ceilings, timber floors and windows and 3 generous living areas. The grounds are expansive and encompass stunning views of the surrounding bush reserves, nestled behind Mollymook’s 18 hole championship golf course, with ample street parking and multiple furnished decks, taking advantage of this wonderful relaxed location.

Downstairs includes a large family/ games room with full bar facilities and pool table. It also has a queen sofa bed and adjoining bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The fully equipped galley kitchen has a brand new dishwasher, gas cooktop, sink and taps. It also provides a airfryer, microwave, fridge, basic pantry items, European laundry and loads of bench space to entertain. A seperate open plan dining room with large dining table is the perfect spot to relax with family and friends. The huge lounge room has a flatscreen, smart tv with Netflix, leather lounge, open wood fire and gorgeous views of the property.

Upstairs has 3 huge bedrooms all with fans, its own large living room/ office and family bathroom. The huge master bedroom has a King bed plus loads of drawers and hanging space. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with wardrobe and the huge 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds which can be partitioned off if desired and wardrobe The bathroom has a combination bath/ shower and toilet with large vanity and hairdryer. The living room is the perfect spot to work from home, put on a show for the kids or read a quiet book.

Outside is a fully covered deck with gas BBQ, large outdoor dining table that seats 8, private level grassy rear yard with beach shower, 3 sided veranda with 2 hammocks, front and side outdoor furnished seating.

Quality linen hire is available on request. If you do not select us to supply your linen you will be expected to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. Doonas, pillows, blankets and tea towels are provided. Linen supply costs $20 per head.

Guests are also required to bring all personal and pantry requirements and basic items are supplied.

Please note we require a security deposit of $500 bond for this property. We have a strict NO PARTY policy. Guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property. You will be responsible for any damage to this property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Minimum stay is 7 days and longer bookings are given preference.
No pets or parties are allowed.
